What is your average day like:
My perfect day would have to be broken down into two different types of days. From a typical working day, the perfect day would involve helping clients achieve positive outcomes for their future and learning something new about the industry — however big or small that may seem. For example, today I learned from a conversation with Vitality that, since COVID, most protection companies no longer guarantee income based on the initial start terms of a policy. However, Vitality still does, and they also guarantee a minimum income of £1,500 for their income protection policies. Then, from a personal point of view, my perfect day would be exploring somewhere new with my wife — whether that’s abroad or somewhere closer to home.
What do you like most about your job?
What I like about my job is getting to know new people. Whether it's clients or professional colleagues, it's always interesting and enjoyable to learn what different people
