What is your average day like:
I start my morning walking my two dogs and helping my kids off to school, then tackle two hours of admin followed by three client meetings. Evenings are family dinners, a dog walk, then football or Netflix.
What do you like most about your job?
The best part of my job is helping clients understand the more complex aspects of financial planning. I do this using tools and modellers to bring scenarios to life, making the journey into retirement much clearer. Once clients understand their current position, I find it much easier to put a plan in place to identify any risks or opportunities we should address. Once clients can see the benefits of the advice visually, they are usually the ones coming to me to save more money.

26 years this year. Since 1999, just in time for the ‘Millennium bug’.
