With seven years of experience in financial services, Tom began practising dedicated financial planning in 2025 when he launched Arboretum. His approach focuses on helping clients understand exactly how their financial decisions today support the life they want tomorrow — from major milestones to the everyday moments that matter most. His day begins early with family time and learning Italian before taking his children to school and heading to the gym. Much of his working day is spent in his home office developing financial plans and supporting clients, allowing him to maintain a schedule that prioritises both professional focus and family life. He often encourages clients to think in the same way — because time is the one thing you can never buy more of. Outside of work, Tom enjoys studying Italian and hopes to one day own a second home in Italy. He is also a passionate fan of American football and enjoys discovering music across an unusually wide range of genres.
